TEACHER AND STUDENT MATERIALS The Teacher Package contents for each of our five programs are listed below. The packages are available as either Deluxe Teacher Packages or Economy Teacher Packages. They are identical except for one very important difference: in the Deluxe Teacher Package, the teaching aids are printed in color on high quality card stock, laminated, professionally die cut, and organized by lesson in labeled string envelopes. The entire package is provided to the customer in a sturdy plastic tote. In the Economy Teacher Package, the teaching aids are printed in color on high quality card stock, but we leave the laminating and cutting to you. The entire package is provided in a box.

YEAR 1 (6th - 8th) TEACHER PACKAGE XPACK CONTENTS*:

The teaching aids in the K - 5th grade package combined with the extra pack of teaching aids in the XPACK result in a complete set of teaching aids for the Year 1 (6th - 8th grade) curriculum.

The Teacher Manuals contain lessons plans that are detailed, fun to teach, simple-to-follow, and effective. New vocabulary and structures are introduced while constantly spiraling in past vocabulary with a variety of games and activities.
Each lesson has its own set of beautiful and colorful Teaching Aids, visually appealing to children and often humorous. In the Deluxe Teacher Package, the Teaching Aids come laminated, die-cut, and organized by lesson. In the Economy Teacher Package, the Teaching Aids come printed but not laminated or cut.
 
The Student Workbooks tie-in seamlessly with each lesson, with fun and varied worksheets that allow students to read and write what they have learned in the classroom, keeping Spanish learning alive outside the classroom. It is such a relief to busy teachers when their students have a bound workbook where all the assignments are in one place and in order. Please note that Student Workbooks are not reproducible.
With the Music CDs and companion Songbooks, students retain the vocabulary and improve their pronunciation as they listen, sing, and memorize the songs. Children sing the catchy songs over and over again, giving them the repetition they need for long term retention of vocabulary.
 Note: The Sing ‘n Speak Spanish® program works most effectively when each student is provided with a workbook and a music CD and its companion songbook.
The set of 30 Numbered Magnetic Pockets allows the classroom teacher to easily display game cards on a magnetic classroom whiteboard. These can be spaced any way a teacher desires to play a variety of games - such as flyswatter, silly sentence, or concentration games. The game card pockets are light, versatile, durable, and convenient to stack and carry from classroom to classroom. |
